Over the last twenty-five years Rich has been honored to be called to testify on behalf of the Construction Industry before the U.S. House Ways & Means Committee, Senate Finance Committee, House Committee on Small Business, House Committee on Education and Labor, and IRS & Treasury Department.
Rich has long-term working relationships with IRS National:
· Served as Industry Representative: IRS Industry Issue Resolution Program, Section 460 (2005-2008).
· Reviewer, Initial Version of IRS Construction Industry Audit Technique Guide.

Rich is a four time winner of the South Florida Business Journal Awards for CPAs in the Construction, Real Estate, and Tax Categories. Rich holds national leadership roles in construction related associations.
Previously, Rich was co-author of two Chapters in LexisNexis publication, Financial Management & Accounting for the Construction Industry: “Income Recognition” after the changes for 606 Revenue Recognition and “Valuation of a Closely-Held Construction Company.”
In addition to being a licensed Florida CPA, Rich maintains credentials as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP).
