David P. Rosenbaum

David P. Rosenbaum is a Partner with KSDT CPA, where he focuses his practice in tax and accounting with expertise in Merger and Acquisition Transactions and Advisory Services.

David brings 40+ years of experience in public accounting in which he handles complex domestic and international taxation, estate tax planning and advisory services. He provides services to numerous industries with special concentration in law firms, real estate, healthcare, professional service firms and all types of online businesses.

David also is experienced in providing advisory services to successful entrepreneurs and growth-oriented companies along with wealth preservation/asset protection for high-net-worth individuals.

As a practice leader in Mergers and Acquisition Transactions, David has advised on numerous transactions on both sides [Buy/Sell] which includes the performing of due diligence, Quality of Earnings reports and assistance in negotiating the financial terms of the transaction.

David has extensive knowledge regarding US persons and business moving to Puerto Rico and consults with them regarding the tax incentives provided. In addition, he assists with the development of Transfer Pricing Studies for companies doing business in the US from countries around the world.

Prior to joining KSDT, David was a principal with a Top 40 Accounting Firm and prior to that served as managing director of a regional South Florida CPA firm. David is a CPA and licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
